4th of february 2007, thousands of domestic helpers came out to demonstrate against the POEA-guidelines, a new Philippine government regulation concerning oversee work. Once more the Philippine state wants to profit from the migration of OFW, oversee philippine workers, once more the migrants have to pay for this with their own money.
